Dr. Moore is a native of New Albany, Indiana, and joined Western Slope Cardiology in 2019.

In 1996, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics at Indiana University, where he also completed a Doctor of Medicine in 2000, and a residency in Internal Medicine in 2003. He then went on to train at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, completing fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease in 2006, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology in 2008. Dr. Moore returned to his home state of Indiana and built a successful data-driven electrophysiology program, focusing on innovative care for patients with atrial fibrillation. He relocated to Grand Junction in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience and his style of patient-centered care to the Western Slope.

Arrhythmia management calls for a very individualized approach for every patient, and Dr. Moore enjoys helping patients understand their options for treatment.

His clinical interests include atrial fibrillation, complex arrhythmia management, ablation therapies, pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization devices.

Dr. Moore has been married to his college sweetheart since 1999, and they have a son and a daughter. Their home is full of love and animal fur from 2 cats and 2 dogs. They are enjoying the amazing recreational opportunities in Colorado, including skiing, camping, hiking, and paddle boarding on lakes and rivers.
