After being raised in Grand Junction (GJHS class of 1998), Dr. Pacini neglected to “collect his sand” (an old Grand Junction legend), and returned in 2012 to begin his career as a general cardiologist. During his absence, he attended Colorado State University (Magna Cum Laude with double majors in microbiology and biochemistry; 1998-2002). He then went on to graduate from Creighton University School of Medicine (MD, 2006, Omaha, NE) and completed an internship and residency at Emory University (2006-2009, Atlanta, GA). Followed by completing his cardiology fellowship at Loyola University (2009-2012, Chicago, IL), serving as chief fellow his final year.

Dr. Pacini and his wife are the proud parents of three energetic and loving daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys following politics, skiing, and quizzing his daughters on history, math, and current events. Despite his best efforts, his daughters continue to take “mommy’s side” in about 95% of family discussions.

Dr. Pacini truly enjoys his time with his patients and values the relationship he has with each one of them. He hopes each patient of his feels the same. He is a proud member of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Pacini is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography.
